Antique Victorian Mahogany Single Wardrobe with Mirror

A beautiful antique wardrobe, the mahogany finish is veneer with curved beading, brass hardware, solid wooden handles on the drawer and original mirror with light foxing. The pegs/hooks are inside still, additionally two new front facing hanging rails have been installed. It is a beautiful characterful wardrobe and a lovely focal piece for a room.

This piece is antique and there is wear that reflects this in the veneer, also appears the beading at the bottom of the mirror has been glued back on, slightly visible within the mirror, also beading to the top right of the mirror is loose. The wardrobe separates into 4 parts, the Pediment (which has some small chips to the top of the veneer), Hanging compartment, drawer and finally the plinth. We do not have the original key and unable to lock.

Condition:  As with any Antique piece it does show signs of its age, please read above, at some point the piece did not get covered during decorating and was covered in white speckles, 98% of which have been removed in the minor revive of the piece however some small specs may still be visible, finally there was a 3in section of veneer chip off the front of the plinth which has been filled and recolour attempted, this is an amateur repair . All areas have been photographed, please review.
