This is a beautifully designed and constructed 1930’s single bed by the renowned UK made brand VONO.
The headboard stands tall at 151cm in height, the design is not overly carved or ornate but instead lets the Burr Walnut be the focus and as an elegant shape to the design. It then has the Queen Ann legs as the footer design, all of which is constructed around the Steels London metal work. The bed frame has a second set of steel legs on wheels for easy moving; however, these do appear they could be removed, it also has a separate metal framework with the springs which is being sold with however is optional in the sale.
Dimensions: Height 151cm – Width 91.5cm – Length 206cm.
Condition: The piece does have some age-related wear to the walnut finish, this is on the footer trim and a small area of the headboard. Photos have been taken of these areas.
