This beautiful mid-century teak tallboy chest of drawers by Meredew has clean Danish-inspired lines, curved integral sleigh legs, a curved lip to the unit top and five drawers, four of which have Afrormosia handles. It’s a rare find, has its original Meredew label, and would be a stunning addition to any home.
Meredew was a British furniture manufacturer most active in the 1960s and 70s, known alongside McIntosh and G-Plan for high-quality, mid-century modern teak and walnut furniture.
Condition: In very good used condition, with some slight signs of age-related wear and tear – there are a couple of small nicks and some minor faint watermark damage to the top. Photos have been taken of these areas, but if you would like us to share more images, please do message us.
