Victorian Mahogany style credenza/ drinks display unit

This piece has a beautiful rich cherry tone mahogany varnished finish to it, with storage meets display options. Most units seem to have glass display tops and cupboard bases however this unit has a balanced mix. I do believe it would have had a top section, either cupboard style or dresser shelving as the holes remain in the surface.

The central doors are glass fronted with a faded green velvet lined interior with a curved shelf for glasses and bottles displayed below. Either side you have a drawer and below a cupboard, both have aged brass metal hardware.

Dimensions: H 96cm – W 147cm – D 55cm. Drawers x2 W 27.5cm – D 45cm – H 8.5cm. Cupboard x2 W 31cm – D 49cm – H 48cm. Display W 73cm – D 49cm – H 63cm – Shelf H 30cm cupboard base to base of shelf, curved shelf D 27cm.

Condition:  The piece at one point would have come in two parts, the doweling holes are still visible in the surface, along with a pot plant ring stain in the wood. There is fading and a vintage odour to the green velvet but the rest of the unit including hardware is in good condition for its antique age. Photos have been taken of these areas, however if you wish further images to be shared, please do message.
