You will be entitled to 30% discount on furniture, access to essential items such as beds and large electrical items which are in short supply and therefore prioritised for our customers with low incomes. We will also deliver your purchases free of charge.
Eligible benefits include: Income Support, Housing Benefit, Universal Credit, income-related JSA or ESA, Council Tax Benefit, Pension Credit and Working Tax Credit.
If you need help to buy essential furniture for your home
If you have any support workers, talk to them about your needs as they might be able to help you apply for grants towards the cost of your furniture.
If you are a Housing Association tenant, your housing officer might be able to help you apply for a furniture voucher to spend at HFS.
