2007 Labour Market Solutions funded HFS to create jobs for people who had been out of work. We took on 11 people for 12 months each, helping them gain skills, confidence and references. Some had been unemployed for over 8 years. 9/11 progressed into permanent work quickly thanks to the scheme.
