Podcast features HFS

HFS featured in Tiernan Douieb’s Partly Political Podcast

Tiernan compered our fantastic comedy fund-raiser in May and wanted to feature HFS as part of Small Charities Week.

We talk about the challenges and joys of running a small local charity, the issues affecting people in our area, how policies affect us and how people can get involved and support us.

Everyone deserves a comfy sofa

HFS patron Mark Thomas launched our Reuse Manifesto poster at our Mark Thomas & Friends fund-raising comedy night on Friday 25th May.

We worked with local artist and HFS team-member Pea Crabtree to design the poster and it was printed by Martel Colour Print in St Leonards.

Supporters were able to buy their own copy of the manifesto poster (A3) to take home from the comedy event, and you can pick up a copy from your local HFS store for the launch price of £5. We also have postcards with the same design for £1. All proceeds help the charity.
